Hey, anyone interested in making their own ringtones in iTunes for FREE, out of your own MP3s (whether or not you bought it originally on iTunes) you must check out my tutorial here:

Thank you. It’s a great ringtone that is a definite improvement over the plastic tones Apple provides. I’d love to get a louder one as well - I just don’t have the know-how to follow your directions to get there. Thanks, again!

Yes, it can get louder… just add more gain and compress the audio. Maybe i’ll make available a set of ringtones for the iPhone that i personally use and why not make a louder version of this one…
